I bought this with 2 friends and we have been using them to bake. These are fragrant, delicious, and have wonderful value. We all enjoyed using them in various things and agreed the best uses are when the vanilla is suspended in liquid. So ice creams, custards, vanilla essences, are all great. I have used it in basque cheesecake, while nice, I would personally choose not to have it paired with such strong flavours to let the vanilla shine to its fullest.
I've used Madagascar, Indonesian vanilla too and I will choose Taiwanese moving forward. It's got the best bang for buck. Keep these coming!
