**This years tea is a little softer and sweeter than last year's winter pick. Still great but slightly less floral and easier to brew than most years.**
Freshly picked, processed and ready to go this Winter Pear Mountain is beautiful. Rich, subtle floral and sweet it is a great example of why the preference for winter time teas come in second only to the first picks of the spring. Grown at 2000m above sea level on a western facing slope, this year's winter harvest season had great weather and you can tell from the brew of this easy-to-steep crowd pleaser of a tea.
This tea is the winter pick so the flavors are stronger, more floral and a touch more vegetal than the other seasons. All three seasons are slightly different but all three have the same underlying greatness. Preferences as to the best are your own.

Recommend Brewing Style:
Gong Fu Style: 3-5g per 100ml, ~100C water, 30, 45, 60 then add 5-10 seconds steeps in gaiwan. Lasts 4-5 steeps.
Western Style: 3g per 100ml, ~100c water for 3 minutes. Lasts 2-3 steeps.
