Have you ever wondered what each famous Taiwanese high mountain oolong terroir tastes like? If you have, then this set is for you. It is a blind tasting of 6 of the most famous high mountain terroirs of Taiwan. Can you tell them apart?
We are pleased and excited to offer a one-of-a-kind sample pack representing a taste of each of the most famous tea mountains of Taiwan!
Included:
- Pear Mountain -- Subtle, Rich clear vegetal, smooth yellow/red fruit
- Nanhu Mountain -- Rich smooth vegetal, sweet yellow fruit, deep minerality
- Shanlinxi -- Thick, creamy vegetal, muddy sweet fruit
- Alishan -- Light clear vegetal, smooth soft mid mouth, beautiful lingering aftertaste
- Chi Lai Mountain -- Strong, fresh vegetal, tart fruit aftertaste
- Jade Mountain -- Soft, round and classic high mountain oolong
Sample Pack includes 25g or 10g of the Spring(2023) high mountain oolong production from our partner farms on the above listed six mountains labeled from A-F with an answer sheet. A .PDF informational sheet with more details and instructions will be sent to as well.

Recommend Brewing Style:
Gong Fu Style: 3-5g per 100ml, ~100C water, 30, 45, 60 then add 5-10 seconds steeps in gaiwan. Lasts 4-5 steeps.
Western Style: 3g per 100ml, ~100c water for 2-3 minutes. Lasts 2-3 steeps.
