Snow Pick Four Seasons Oolong
Picked in mid January, this green oolong is full of the rich florals of Snow picked teas, along with a softness of spring due to its lower elevation. Right now, it is a favorite in the warehouse for Grandpa or Western Style brewing. The strength of the 4 Seasons white/green florals is on full show while the often strong vegetal of the colder weather teas is muted and smooth. If you are a fan of floral oolongs and the 4 Season Cultivar then this tea is not be missed!

Recommend Brewing Style:
Gong Fu Style: 3-5g per 100ml, ~100C water, 30, 45, 60 then add 5-10 seconds steeps in gaiwan. Lasts 5-6 steeps.
Western Style: 3g per 100ml, ~100c water for 1 minute. Lasts 2-3 steeps
