All Three Tea Balls

1-150g +/- 10g or 200g +/- 10g Honey Black Pomelo Tea Ball, 1-30g+ Lemon Tea Ball, 1-40g+ Valencia Orange Oolong Tea ball

A set for those that want to try them all, we are offering three tea balls at a discount. Great for comparisons and aging, the full collection is a great opportunity for a deep dive into this rather rare and extremely old tradition of Hakka tea processing. These teas are produced in limited amounts and are mostly consumed by tea farmer families due to the massive labor and skill involved in producing them. We are very proud to offer these amazing works of skill to the world!

We found a few smaller Pomelo Tea Balls hence we are offering the two different prices for a set. The only difference in sets is the size of the Pomelo Tea Ball. We are limited to only 7 of the smaller size so if you want the cheaper set it might be best not to delay. We will search the back rooms for more but there is no guarantee we will be able to find any!

These are living teas and will only get better with age. If you do plan on aging it make sure the area you store it in is dry with no strong odors. Throwing it in a ziplock bag would be a good idea as well but don't forget to let them breath every once in a while!

**Like all our teas, there are no artificial added flavors, colors or chemicals in this tea. All flavors are completely natural and agrochemical-free!**

Elevation: 300m

Status: Agrochemical free garden

Cultivar: Big Leaf Oolong and Organic Citrus

Season: Fall 2017-2019

Method: Traditional Hakka Dried Fruit Tea Processing

Region: Rueishuei, Hualien

Recommend Brewing Style: ~100C water, 5-10g of tea and peel

You can treat it like a puer, or a black tea, or even a pour over coffee. Water to tea ratio is also up to you. You can include the orange husk or just chip out the tea. It seems drinking it with the peel is a much better experience as the fruity sweet sour taste is more pronounced. Treat it like a puer with short steeps seems to work well also.

***While this tea is legally preserved for export, it may fall under gray areas for some bureaucrats/zealots. If it does get confiscated unjustly at customs please rest assured that we will refund the money to you. We will take that risk upon ourselves!***
