'The Quintessential' Four Seasons Oolong
Four Seasons Oolong is one of those cultivars that is instantly recognizable once you have tried it, and those that love it, love it a lot! The problem we have found is that there is often a lot of very low quality Fours Seasons Oolong on the market because if agrochemcials are used, the yields can be very high in the lower elevations.
This certified organic batch of Four Seasons from our friend in Mingjian hits all the best notes that this cultivar offers, hence the name. Creamy rich vegetals, strong green florals and that fresh fruit/spice note in the aftertaste so unique to this cultivar are perfectly balanced in this batch of Spring tea. Or at least we think so!

Recommend Brewing Style:
Gong Fu Style: 3-5g per 100ml, ~100C water, 30, 45, 60 then add 5-10 seconds steeps in gaiwan. Lasts 5-6 steeps.
Western Style: 3g per 100ml, ~100c water for 1 minute. Lasts 2-3 steeps
