The mountains just outside of Jade Mountain National Park have become an up and coming tea-growing region of Taiwan. It is also an area that does not have a lot of organic agriculture, which is why we were so happy to find a rare certified organic garden in the area!
This easy-to-brew tea is subtle, soft and sweet. Its strength lies in the back of the palate and aftertaste. The Jade Mountain riff on the classic high-mountain oolong flavor notes include a soft and creamy mid mouth and a sweet floral lingering aftertaste that wants us to explore this new region more. Add Jade Mountain to the many places to visit this spring!
