Alpine Spring Oolong
The fifth addition to our new series of 'Alpine' teas from the same organic garden on Chi Lai Shan, this one is its fresh Spring 2026 Pick! Smooth and soft vegetals with a wild flower florals and the typical Chi Lai tart fruit finish make this classic hand picked high mountain oolong a great deal for the price.
We are able to get this tea at a great price as the Chi Lai area doesn't have the same cost premiums as other mountains in Taiwan. It isn't our style to pocket the difference so we are happy to offer this wonderful spring picked tea at such a great price!

Recommend Brewing Style:
Gong Fu Style: 3-5g per 100ml, ~100C water, 30, 45, 60 then add 5-10 seconds steeps in gaiwan. Lasts 5-6 steeps.
Western Style: 3g per 100ml, ~100c water for 3 minutes. Lasts 2-3 steeps.
