Organic Jade Mountain Oolong
The mountains just outside of Jade Mountain National Park have become an up and coming tea growing region of Taiwan. It is also an area that does not have a lot of organic agriculture which is why we were so happy to find a rare certified organic garden in the area!
This easy to brew tea is subtle, soft and sweet. Its strength lies in the back of the palate and aftertaste. The Jade Mountain riff on the classic high mountain oolong flavor notes include a soft and creamy mid mouth and a sweet floral lingering aftertaste that wants us to explore this new region more. Add jade Mountain to the many places to visit this spring!
