Orange Blossom Milk Oolong

Sweet is the word that keeps getting used for those that get the opportunity to try this rare tea. Made by combining freshly picked organic Orange Blossoms and high quality milk oolong, these ingredients are dried together over low heat for up to two days. The floral smoothness and orange candy-like notes that hover over the rich Milk Oolong base of this brew are beloved by many.

Deeply floral on the first pour, the second steep opens the oolong leaves and the flowers settle down. By the third steep they meld into a milky sweet orange tea that is very unique. Unlike the Pomelo Flower Oolong, the dried, organic flowers and petals of the orange flowers are included in this tea making for a sweeter brew. And a tasty snack when you are finished brewing!

If you are a fan of scented teas, this and the classic Pomelo Fragrance Oolong are a great pair to try. They are a beautiful snapshotted taste of early Taiwanese Spring!

Recommend Brewing Style:

Gong Fu Style: 3-5g per 100ml, ~100C water, 30, 45, 60 then add 5-10 seconds steeps in gaiwan. Lasts 4-5 steeps.

Western Style: 3g per 100ml, ~95c water for 3 minutes. Lasts 2-3 steeps.

Heavenly

A wonderful tea, my only complaint is I wish I had purchased a bigger qty. the citrus flower is well balanced with the green grassy notes. I was afraid being so soon after the production date that the floral notes would be overpowering. Buttery & refreshing. Long lasting sweet Floral nectar in the aftertaste.

This is real orange blossom, the kind that drops you into an orchard. But you're not lost, you walk barefoot on fresh green oolong, soft steps swirl cream into the citrus. I felt the comfort in this behind and across my shoulders, like I'm being supported by heaven itself.

I JUST LOVE IT VERY MUCH! Best floral tea tasting so far. The strength of the aroma was just right: strong but not overpowering. It also has this sweet, citrus, milky, and, of course, floral aroma. The tea itself tasted creamy. Aromatic and smooth aftertaste.

Have been buying tea from Mountain Stream more than a year, website is easy to search and order, delivery is always as expected, tea quality is great ( as if I buy in Taiwan ). Only one pack of the Orange Blossom Milk Oolong tea vacuum seal leaked, lost some flavor, but this doesn't prevent me still strongly recommend to buy from it, and I will keep ordering.
