Buttermilk Green 

Made from the same material as the perennial favorite daily drinker Buttermilk Oolong, this cold weather green is another affordable tea for the office or home. Cornsilk vegetals, smooth light mouthfeel and a touch of florals will greet the drinkers of this easy to brew tea. 

This great tasting tea is one of the best value teas on the site right now for one main reason. The Ilan area is not 'famous' so the 'terroir premium' is at a minimum. We know for a fact that many resellers buy tea in this area and sell it at a premium in 'Alishan' or 'Shanlinxi' labelled bags. Recommend Brewing Style:

Gong Fu Style: 3-5g per 100ml, ~95C water, 30, 45, 60 then add 5-10 seconds steeps in gaiwan. Lasts 4-5 steeps.

Western Style: 3g per 100ml, ~95c water for 1.5 minutes. Lasts 2-3 steeps
