Monk's Green Tea
This tea is a traditionally produced, classically tasting, high-quality Pinglin Green Tea grown by the Monks and Nuns of Shan Wai Shan in the rolling hills of Pinglin just outside of Taipei. Subtle, rich and forgiving, the vegetals and florals of this special green tea is a direct reflection of the pristine environment. The taste of the mountain is in the tea. Easy to brew, the soft grassy florals of this one are great brewed grandpa style in a quiet place with a nice view.
