Confident and Charming Ruby 18

This Ruby 18 met me with confidence and warmth — an honest and well-spoken invitation to enter into relationship and explore it. Opening itself infusion after infusion, each one offers a new, subtle emphasis, grounded by soft floral and fruity tones. Never losing its dignity along the way, the tea carries the care of its cultivation and processing, and the depth of its terroir remains present in every step of the experience

Spring 2025

2025 year so far has been a good batch of ruby 18. I felt last years was lacking a bit like other reviews have stated, on the citronella/mint notes, but this batch has the full flavor.

Wonderfully malty

Delicious as a tea, or as a creamy latte.

Tastes of malt and chinese dates, lovely as a tea or as a creamy latte.

Not up to the standard

Not bad but far from great and it lacks a lot of the cinnamon and camphor/minty notes of previous years.
