Alpine Winter Oolong 

The fourth 2025 addition to our new series of 'Alpine' teas from the same organic garden on Chi Lai Shan, this one is its Winter Pick! Smooth and soft vegetals with a wild flower florals make this classic winter picked high mountain oolong a great deal for the price we were able to get it at. It isn't our style to pocket the difference so we are happy to offer this wonderful winter picked tea at such a great price!

Recommend Brewing Style:

Gong Fu Style: 3-5g per 100ml, ~100C water, 30, 45, 60 then add 5-10 seconds steeps in gaiwan. Lasts 5-6 steeps.

Western Style: 3g per 100ml, ~100c water for 3 minutes. Lasts 2-3 steeps.
