This is a joyfully buttery tea! Notes of glazed doughnuts or pastry, explosion of butter, papaya, baking spices, then it progresses to evergreen alpine air with incredible buttery‐slick mouthfeel the whole session.
Method I used:
5g tea:2.5-3 oz. water (do not concentrate more than 2.5 oz water or it gets bitter)
Crystal Geyser water
Glass gaiwan in warm outdoors
1) 205°F 25-30 sec
2) 200°F 20 sec
3-7) 200°F, increase by 10 sec or less
Great flavor through 4 or 5 steeps, then fade out to simple butter.
I'm (maybe obviously) not very experienced, but I had a great time with this tea.
