Made from summer material picked from the same garden as this spring's Phoenix Valley Shanlinxi Oolong, this dark oolong is a blast of thick, red fruit flavor. This tea was first released back in the spring in a subscription box, and then put on a shelf and forgotten! Which is actually a good thing, as a little age has made this tea even better. We only have 1kg of it left, so if you are interested in trying it out, best not to wait too long!

Recommend Brewing Style:
Gong Fu Style: 3-5g per 100ml, ~100C water, 30, 45, 60 then add 5-10 seconds steeps in gaiwan. Lasts 4-5+ steeps.
Western Style: 3g per 100ml, ~100c water for 3 minutes. Lasts 2-3 steeps.
