The rarest of teas, we were happy to get our hands on some of this 'farmers only' style of tea picked just as the first frosts put the tea trees to sleep at the start of winter. The rich floral vegetal sweetness of the snow picked teas is unmistakable and this one has it in full force. Like cabbage flowers in a vegetable broth, once you have had it once it is hard to forget the unique taste of this season!
We usually carry the Pear Mountain version of this tea and had no idea that our friend on Jade Mountain made teas in comparable quality to that classic tea. We tried it and had to get some to share with those that love this rare and unforgettable style of tea. Especially at this price point, it is a great value for such a special production.

Recommend Brewing Style:
Gong Fu Style: 3-5g per 100ml, ~100C water, 30, 45, 60 then add 5-10 seconds steeps in gaiwan. Lasts 4-5+ steeps.
Western Style: 3g per 100ml, ~100c water for 3 minutes. Lasts 2-3 steeps.
