Old Master Dong Ding Oolong

We have decided to expand the 'Old Master' series with this beautiful tea. Produced by an 81 year old tea master from the main village of Dong Ding, we were blown away by the quality of this beautiful tea. This complex tea gives rich creamy sweetness, sour fruit, roasted caramel and more as the leaves unfold. And it will only get better with age.

This 2019 tea has had year of age working on it now and the flavors have become smoother and rounder. We have a limited amount of this the 2019 tea left and have recently released the 2020 version of Old Master Dong Ding made by the same tea master from the same garden. We care currently offering the option of sampling both teas while supplies last!

Sweet, amazing tea!

This is the first time I try a Dong Ding tea with such a sweet taste profile. When you sip it, it has the characteristic warm taste and sensation of this type of oolong, and then you get an aftertaste that is very much like Sugar Smacks cereal (just as it says in another review), and stays with you long after drinking. I tried it granpa style, and I also got a marzipan like note in there. One of the best teas I have tried so far from this site!

Wonderful. Remarkable Tea

Dong Ding is one of my favorite teas. I kove the wonderful nutty toast honey flavor. This dong ding is truly a master filled with just fantastic flavors of warm wonderful honey toast. Nutty. Goodness. It reminds me of Sugar Smacks cereal when I was a kid. I find it steeps well with lasting flavor at least 4 times. This tea is a master piece of dong ding

What an amazing sample

Was considering buying this tea and ended up not picking it for some 1996 Muzha TTieguanyin. However, I was lucky enough to receive some of this as a sample and man am I sad I didn't order it. Sweet thick liqour, some roasty wooden caramel all while being creamy smooth. Defenitly worth buying.

Lovely tea

Wow, I got a sample of this spectacular tea in my little June Teaducation Subscription Service. The toasty rich sweet thick liquor on this one. Insane. Man, I already have enough tea, I don't need to be buying more but... this sample is going so fast.
