This is a tea that we have had our eye on for a long time, but it was only recently that we were able to get a price low enough to put on the site. It is a great tea. A fully agrochemical free grown milk oolong(Jinxuan) cultivar GABA, this oolong is as thick and sweet as candy. Light, sweet fruit notes in the upfront give way to a full milky mid mouth and finish with a lasting sweetness. The only extra thing we wish that it would give us is a few more steeps, but the loose rolling style of oolong used for this tea puts out it's flavors strongly in the first couple steeps. And those steeps are wonderful! If you brew it grandpa style though, you can drink it all day.
The GABA content in this one is about 225mg per 100g which we find to be a nice amount. If you are sensitive to the GABA effects it is calming but not overwhelming. Overall a sweet and smooth 'treat' of a tea!

Recommend Brewing Style:
Gong Fu Style: 3-5g per 100ml, ~100C water, 30-40-60 second steeps. Lasts 3+ steeps.
Western Style: 3-5 per 100ml. 2-3 minutes steeps.
Grandpa Style: 3-5g per mug. Keep adding water as you drink to taste. Very Suited for this tea!
