Recommend Brewing Style:

Gong Fu Style: 3-5g per 100ml, ~95C(205f) water, 30, 45, 60 then add 5-10 seconds steeps in gaiwan. Lasts 4-5 steeps.

Western Style: 3g per 100ml, ~95C(205f) water for 2 minutes. Lasts 2-3 steeps

A long lost favorite

A long time ago I found an Alishan GABA green tea that I loved from a different tea seller only for it to go out of stock and was never able to find it again. When I saw this I really hoped it was either the same tea or something comparable. Happy to report, this tea is exactly what I was hoping it was! Rich and creamy tasing with hints of fruit but distinctly "greener" than most GABA oolongs. Highly recommend picking some of this up to try at the very least. Sadly, it looks like as of writing this review it's almost sold out already... Hopefully it's not gone for good, that would be incredibly unfortunate!
