What if you take the best leaf material from the fabled Alishan area and treat it like a traditional Dongding Oolong? Well, you get this awesome tea. Warm, rich dark fruit, smooth sweetness and a high minerality not found in other roasted teas. Sweeter fruit notes and a roasted creaminess make this tea a great example of what a good roast can do to a tea. This is one that will only get better with age!

Recommend Brewing Style:
Gong Fu Style: 3-5g per 100ml, 100C water, 30, 45, 60 then add 5-10 seconds steeps in gaiwan. Lasts 4-5 steeps.
Western Style: 3g per 100ml, 100c water for 2 minutes. Lasts 2-3 steeps
