Conventional Alishan Milk Oolong
Alishan is full of mediocre tea but this is one of the better conventional ones we tried. Roasted slightly to make it smoother, full of the buttery character that the local market demands, this tea is not bad. It has been tested for agrochemicals and falls in the safe level. Bought in one of the most famous tea stores on the mountain, 'Yi-Ping' Tea Garden, it is a great example of a standard Alishan Milk Oolong. We didn't buy very much so if you are interested in getting an idea of what 'conventional' means for us don't wait too long!
**This tea is an example of what the local market demands and is an 'upfront taste' kind of tea. We put it on the site for comparison's sake but it isn't the best tea we have. It is fine for the price of course!
