Aged Heart White Tea

Our most expensive tea yet and we think it is worth it. Grown in a wild garden and picked from mature trees this beautiful white tea was aged for over a year before it was even released to be sold. Very rare to find an aged white tea in Taiwan, the makers of this tea are quite proud of this creation. They were very excited for us to try it! Sweet, delicate and deeply floral the lightness of this tea is a deeply relaxing treat. Honeycomb, jasmine and fresh air.

Lovely white tea

First time trying this and I fell in love with it! Easy to drink and a very gentle tea. Looking forward to its comeback!

Going, going, GONE!

This one of a kind tea is sold out. But, I hope the farmers decide to age new batches so more people can enjoy. This may be my new favorite white tea. (Definitely in my "top 3" list of favorite whites.) The floral aroma is gentle, with a very subtle hint of sweet mint/spice in the nose and on the palate, particularly on the first two steeps gong fu style. The honeycomb taste is apparent, along with something akin to dried apricot and nasturtium petals. Truly a one of a kind tea! Thank you for sharing it with the world, Matt. And kudos the farmers!

This is seriously an incredible white tea! It's a little pricey but you honestly have to at least try it! The texture is so silky an it's got such an interesting returning sweetness. Top 3 white teas for me.

Lovely Aged White

This tea has made me fall in love with aged whites! It is deep, rich, and far more complex than an unaged white. I was genuinely surprised by the aroma & flavour. It was love at first sip. Currently my favourite MST tea. :)

A delicious delight!

If you've had white peony before then this is similar. Light, floral, sweet. The Qin Xin cultivar really shines in later steeps which sets this tea apart from your average peony. Truly a delicious delight!
