Our first spring tea of the 2019 season this one happens to be a rare spring white! Delicate, light and smoothly floral, this tea is a classic Taiwanese white. Slight grassy green notes open up to a smooth, bright jasmine floral as the steeps progress. The material for this tea is some of the most painstakingly hand picked material of any of our teas. As delicate as it comes!
**Made with a relatively old and rare cultivar, Big Leaf Oolong, this material is usually made into Honey Fragrance Blacks and Oolongs. Care, skill and luck has created this lovely and rare tea.

Recommend Brewing Style:
Gong Fu Style: 3-5g per 100ml, ~85-90C water, 30, 45, 60 then add 5-10 seconds steeps in gaiwan. Lasts 4-5 steeps.
Western Style: 3g per 100ml, ~90c water for 3 minutes. Lasts 2-3 steeps.
