Using a yellow\/green\/oolong hybrid light oxidization 'piling humidity' processing style he created that he called a ‘Yellow Tea’. We don't think it is quite exactly a yellow tea, although it does have some of the softer vegetal notes of that genre. There are also a spattering of green teaish flavors with a bunch of oolong thrown in, all combining to make one of those teas that is unique enough to make you sit up a little when you try it. Easy to brew and easy to drink, it is a pleasant melange of Yellow, Green and Oolong notes that is sure to find some who love it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis tea is another one of our ‘Hybrid’ type tea experiment offerings and this one worked out quite well, especially the price.
