Alishan Roasted Black
A bit of a different tea from a many high mountain blacks, this tea has a touch of a on it, giving the tea a warmth and depth that is lacking from many of the softer high elevation black teas. "Toasted cherry pie" was one person's thoughts on this tea and the ripe, red fruit notes meld with the warming of the slight roast.
This garden is a new addition to our partner farms and one that produces very high quality teas in an agrochemical free environment. Our Deep Spring Roast and Alishan GABA Oolong are also produced from the same trees as this black tea.
