We found this tea on a recent sourcing trip, aging nicely in a big clay pot. It doesn't have a lot of age on it yet, but it has started to get some the changes that age brings to a tea. The slight must, the complexity and the feeling of 'aged' tea. It is an interesting tea to try if you want to understand how a tea ages or to see if you might be interested in some of the older, more expensive teas on the site. It is also a great tea to buy and age yourself as it already has a bit of start on it, and the price is pretty good...
