Green Light Baozhong

On a recent sourcing trip to Pinglin we found this beautiful Baozhong from one of our partner farms. It is a perfect example of an organic, high quality, classically produced Wenshan Baozhong. Fresh, smooth light vegetal upfront moving to a creamy floral mid mouth, to finish with a sweet lingering aftertaste that fully encompasses what a fresh spring Baozhong 'should be'.
We got our hands on only 600g of this early production as it was almost sold out. The 2023 Spring season has been a tough one and we will keep looking for worth while productions but it will be tough to find one as good as this!
**This tea is expensive but a great example of an organic, classic Baozhong. Green Light is one of the best producers in the Pinglin area and their teas come at a premium, with good reason!**

Recommend Brewing Style:
Gong Fu Style: 3-5g per 100ml, ~90C water, 30, 45, 60 then add 5-10 seconds steeps in gaiwan. Lasts 4-5 steeps.
Western Style: 3g per 100ml, ~90c water for 2 minutes. Lasts 2-3 steeps.
