Four Seasons Oolong

Si Ji Chuen (4 Seasons Oolong) was named for its ability to yield consistent tea crops all year round. It is also pretty tasty. If the tea is made well, a nice vegetal upfront, floral mid mouth and a lingering sweet subtle spice in the aftertaste greet those who choose this brew. Another nice benefit of this tea is that it is pretty cheap. While it is no classic high-mountain oolong, this lightly oxidized batch fully expresses the best parts of this cultivar. And at this price, it is a great daily drinker!

Versatile tea

Very easy drinking prepared either gong fu style or cold brewed. Light vegetal and floral flavors combined with mild sweetness really shines in cold brew preparation. Brewed hot, the floral aromas stand out well while the liquor is smooth drinking. It is fun to drink and very approachable. I highly recommend this great value tea as a daily drinker.

Delightful Tea

A very nice tea, my favorite so far. It has a beautiful warm fresh green taste. The winter pick had a slight creamy note to it as well that was very enjoyable. Perfect for a go-to everyday oolong.

Moderate oolong

Medium-strength sweetness, moderate strength aroma (fresh, floral, vegetal) as well. Can leave a bit astringency. I failed cold brewing this tea (3g in 700ml water, it's not enough tea leaves XD the tea is too soft). The thing about this tea is everything being moderate ^^
