We have been sitting on this tea for a couple months knowing that the longer the wait, the better the flavors will have melded and it is now ready to be released.
This tea is a perfect tea for grandpa style brewing at the office. Just place some leaves in a mug and keep adding hot water throughout the day!

Recommend Brewing Style:
Gong Fu Style: 3-5g per 100ml, ~90C water, 30, 45, 60 then add 5-10 seconds steeps in gaiwan. Lasts 3-4 steeps. (This tea has a couple intense steeps before dropping off rather quickly. Try it western or grandpa style for best longevity)
Western Style: 3g per 100ml, ~90c water for 3 minutes. Lasts 2-3 steeps.
