This black tea made from the Jinxuan (Milk Oolong) Cultivar is a great, classic Black Tea. Slightly sweet and fruity in the up front, the creamy mid mouth evolves into that classic, strong, black tea flavor that is often missing from this site as it is so rarely done well! Full of the strong, full, rich 'black teaness' without the bitter bite of lower quality teas, this a perfect daily drinker for those who like a strong tea now and again. Certified Organic and at a great price point, this tea is a great one for those that drink a lot of tea and want to make sure that it isn't doing harm.
While we would 'never' recommend adding milk to any of our teas, this one might be one of the few teas that milk wouldn't 'ruin' :)

Gong Fu Style: 3-5g per 100ml, ~95C(205f) water, 30, 45, 60 then add 5-10 seconds steeps in gaiwan. Lasts 3-4 steeps.
Western Style: 3g per 100ml, ~95C(205f) water for 1 minute. Lasts 2-3 steeps
This tea is the closest tea we have to a classic black tea and great for
